摘要
以校园文化与企业文化融合为视角,分析高职内涵建设中校企文化融合的必要性,指出部分高职院校对校企文化融合认识不足,规划散乱,实效性不强,缺乏应有的保障机制。要提高对校企文化互融互鉴的重要性认识,进行系统规划,增强融合的实效性,完善校企文化融合的运行机制,以此促进高职院校文化内涵建设。
From the perspective of the integration of campus and corporate cultures,this paper studies the necessity of cultural integration in the construction of cultural connotation.It points out the following problems:most colleges do not have a thorough understanding of the importance of cultural integration,and their planning for the integration is not systematic and practical,and difficult to be implemented for lack of safeguard mechanism.In order to promote the construction of cultural connotation,it puts forward the following countermeasures:have a better understanding of the importance of cultural integration,make rational plans to enhance the integration effectiveness,and improve the operational mechanism for the cultural integration.
