摘要
实践教学是独立院校培养卓越管理人才的重要途径。但目前在独立院校实验实训教学中凸显出重理论轻实践、学习者对实训项目参与度低、满意度差等问题,针对这样的现象,本文从实训岗位选聘机制、实训教学设计、实训激励体系以及实训评估机制等四部分构建了基于能力素质模型的独立院校经管类实验实训教学体系,以期为探索实践教学的新路径提供思路。
Practical teaching is an important way for independent colleges to cultivate excellent management talents. However,at present, in the experimental training of independent colleges, the emphasis is on the theory of light practice, the low participation of learners on training programs, and the poor satisfaction. In view of such a phenomenon, this paper selects and hires training mechanisms and training from training positions. The teaching design, the training incentive system and the training evaluation mechanism have built a teaching and training system based on the ability and quality model of the independent colleges and universities, in order to provide ideas for exploring the new path of practical teaching.
