摘要
提高科技成果转化水平是建设创新型国家的必然要求,为了探明中国科技成果转化的时空分布差异,本文通过梳理近8年全国科技成果转化数据,研究了不同地区的主要转化模式及区域之间的差异。研究结果表明,近年来我国科技成果转化增速快,技术开发、技术转化、技术服务、技术咨询等模式年均增速均超过15%,其中技术服务合同综合占科技成果转化总额的一半以上。科技成果转化区域差异显著,主要分布在经济和科教发达区域。应该整合各方资源,搭建一批科技成果转化平台,扩大科技人员成果收益权,加强科技成果的跨区域转化,促进科技成果转化效率与实效。
        To strengthen scientific and technological innovation, promote the transformation of economic development patterns, drive the combination of science and technology with economy, speed up the construction of an innovative country, we must vigorously promote more scientific and technological achievements into advanced productivity. In this paper, we combed 8 years data of transformation of national science and technology achievements, studied the characteristics of dynamic time series changes in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, explored the different parts of the main transformation patterns and regional differences. The research results show that in recent years, China's scientific and technological achievements have been transformed rapidly, average annual growth rate of technology development, technology transfer, technical services and technical consulting were all over 15%. However, there are significant differences between regions where scientific and technological achievements are transformed, most of them distributed in economy and science developed areas.
