建国70年我国粮食价格变动与应对研究

摘要
新中国成立以来,我国粮食管理体制和粮食价格政策经历了多次变化,粮食价格出现多次波动。总的来说,粮食供求关系变化以及一些外部因素是引起粮食价格变动的主要因素。从目前来看,我国粮食价格政策存在滞后性等问题,未来还将面临种植面积减少、需求增加等挑战,应妥善应对粮食市场的一体化、加大对粮食种植的支持力度、完善全国粮食储备与应急体系、强化粮食市场治理,以保障国内粮食价格的稳定。
Since the founding of New China, the grain management system and grain price policy of China has undergone multiple changes, and the grain prices has had multiple fluctuations. In general, the grain demand and supply relationship change and a series of external factors were the major causes for the grain price changes.From the moment, the grain price policy of China has problems of lag nature, and it will also face the challenge of reduced cultivation area and increasing demand, we should properly cope with the grain market integration,enlarge the supportive strengthen on grain planting, improve national grain storage and emergency system, enhance grain market management to maintain the stability in domestic grain price.
