摘要

通过比较分析粤港澳大湾区与国际三大湾区科技人才发展现状,剖析当前粤港澳大湾区科技人才发展工作存在的问题;深入分析并总结凝练旧金山湾区、纽约湾区、东京湾区的人才发展工作先进经验,提出粤港澳大湾区建设创新人才高地的对策建议。
        Through the comparative analysis on the current scientific and technological talents development between GuangdongHong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the other three international bay areas, analyze the existing problems in the talents development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Areas. Through an in-depth analysis and summary of advanced experience in talents development in San Francisco Bay Area, New York Bay Area and Tokyo Bay Area, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on constructing innovative talent highland in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
