The growth period, agronomic traits, disease situation, economic traits and conventional chemical components of flue-cured tobacco were comprehensively compared and analyzed through different planting density experiments. The results showed that the treatment with 55 cm transplanting spacing had better growth period, plant height, pitch, leaf area and other agronomic traits, and higher output value. The chemical composition of 45 cm distance between transplants was more coordinated, and the quality of sensory evaluation was better. Different planting densities can affect the development characteristics of leaf tissue structure, coordinate the content of chemical components in tobacco leaves, and ultimately achieve the goal of improving the quality of flue-cured tobacco.
