“+出版”还是“出版+”——业态变革背景下出版人才培养的思考与实践

摘要
在"互联网+"浪潮的冲击下,出版业态已现变革之势,传统的出版人才已无法适应产业的发展需求。本文综合分析出版业态变化规律,认为以知识生产和文化传承为根本目的,在信息的传递与反馈中实现编辑、作者、读者的协同阅读和共同创新的"票友经济"化出版业态,代表着出版业态变革的方向,也对出版人才培养施加着重要影响。出版专业教育应当充分掌握业态变革趋势,扬弃"+出版"的人才培养理念,确立"出版+"的人才观,坚守文化选择和文化传承的出版本分,通过课程体系创新、教学方法创新、实习实践创新,提升学生的职业理想、理论水平、创新能力、组织管理能力和编辑基本功,全面满足"票友经济"化出版业态对出版人才的需求。
        Influenced by the "Internet +" wave, the publishing industry is witnessing changes, and traditional publishing professionals can no longer sustain the development of the industry. This paper comprehensively analyzes the changes in the publishing industry, and argues that the future of the industry lies in the "piaoyou(amateur performer) economy", which, with the fundamental purposes of knowledge production and cultural inheritance, enables editors, authors and readers to collaboratively read and innovate in the transmission and feedback of information; also, the "piaoyou economy" has a great influence on the training of publishing professionals. Publishing education should be in line with the development of the publishing industry and adopt the "Publishing+" philosophy of education instead of "+Publishing". Taking the responsibility of cultural inheritance,publishing education should also be dedicated to improving students' career planning, theoretical knowledge,innovation, management skills and editing skills through the innovation in curriculum, pedagogy and vocational training, thereby satisfying the publishing industry's demand for professionals in the "piaoyou economy".
