小儿腹泻临床护理中整体护理干预的价值研究

摘要
目的分析小儿腹泻临床护理中整体护理干预的应用价值。方法方便选取2017年9月—2018年9月期间在该院接受治疗的60例小儿腹泻患者,在监护人知情、同意背景下,以随机数表方式分为对照组、考察组,均30例,分别予以常规护理干预、整体护理干预,对比护理效果。结果考察组患儿的依从率(86.67%)显著高于对照组(63.33%),对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.356,P=0.037<0.05)。考察组患儿止泻时间、退热时间、止吐时间、住院时间、住院费用数据均低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(t=7.839、11.460、8.993、13.497、15.509,P<0.001)。考察组护理满意度(93.33%)显著高于对照组(73.33%),对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.320,P=0.038<0.05)。结论在小儿腹泻临床护理中应用整体护理干预,可提升患儿依从性、缩短康复时间、减少住院费用、提升护理满意度,效果可靠,故值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application value of holistic nursing intervention in clinical nursing of children with diarrhea. Methods 60 patients with diarrhea in our hospital who were convenient treated in our hospital from September2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group according to the knowledge and consent of the guardian. Regular nursing interventions, overall nursing interventions, and nursing effects were compared.Results The compliance rate of the children in the study group(86.67%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(63.33%). The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.356, P=0.037<0.05). The data of diarrhea time, fever time,antiemetic time, hospitalization time and hospitalization cost of the study group were lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.839, 11.460, 8.993, 13.497, 15.509,P<0.001). The nursing satisfaction of the study group(93.33%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%), and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.320, P=0.038<0.05). Conclusion The application of holistic nursing intervention in clinical nursing of children with diarrhea can improve children's compliance, shorten recovery time, reduce hospitalization expenses, and improve nursing satisfaction. The effect is reliable, so it is worthy of promotion and application.
