经方配合贺氏三通法治疗原发性三叉神经痛体会

摘要
原发性三叉神经痛是一种顽固性难治之证,常缠绵难愈。临床上应注重辨证论治,针药结合。根据不同情况,选用不同经方及不同的针刺方法。如外感风寒型常用川芎茶调散或麻黄细辛附子汤配合贺氏温通法;外感风热型常用芎芷石膏汤配合贺氏强通法;痰火上扰型常用黄连温胆汤配合贺氏强通法;阴虚阳亢型常用芍药甘草汤合小柴胡汤配合贺氏强通法;气滞血瘀型常用四逆散合通窍活血汤配合贺氏强通法。运用得当方能获取良效。
Primary trigeminal neuralgia is a kind of intractable syndrome, which is often lingering and difficult to cure. Clinical attention should be paid to the treatment of syndrome differentiation and combination of acupuncture and drugs.According to different situations, different methods of acupuncture and moxibustion, such as external wind chill type commonly used Chuanxiong Chatiao Powder or Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction combined with HEs' wen tong method; Xiongzhi Shigao Decoction combined with HEs' qiangtong method is commonly used in wind-heat type. Huanglian Wendan Decoction combined with HEs' qiangtong method is commonly used for phlegm-fire upward-disturbance type; Shaoyao Gancao Decoction and Xiaochaihu Decoction combined with HEs' qiantong method are commonly used for yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity. For the qi stagnation and blood stasis type, Sini Powder Xiaochaihu Decoction, combined with HEs' qiangtong method are commonly used can be used properly to obtain good effect. Good results come from properly method.
