针刺治疗术后肠麻痹的选穴规律分析

摘要
目的总结和分析针刺治疗术后肠麻痹的选穴规律,以期为针刺治疗术后肠麻痹提供选穴依据。方法计算机检索中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、Pub Med英文数据库中自建库以来针刺治疗术后肠麻痹临床研究的文献,筛选符合要求的文献,分析针刺治疗术后肠麻痹的选穴规律。结果在纳入的62篇文献中,共使用腧穴34个,其中最常用的腧穴包括足三里、天枢、上巨虚等;选穴分布于11条经脉,腧穴使用频次最多的经脉是足阳明胃经(147次),占总频次的52.13%;涉及特定穴10种,最常用的2类特定穴是下合穴和募穴。结论针刺治疗术后肠麻痹临床选穴以循经取穴为主,腧穴类型以下合穴、募穴等特定穴为主。
Objective To summarize and analyze the acupoint selection rules in the treatment of postoperative intestinal paralysis by acupuncture, and to provide the acupoint selection basis for clinical treatment of the disease. Methods CNKI, VIP, Wanfang, CBM, PubMed databases were searched online to identify clinical trials evaluating acupuncture for postoperative intestinal paralysis. Then the research group screened eligible articles, and analyze the rules of acupoint selection. Results Thirty-four acupoints were involved among sixty-two eligible articles. The most frequently used acupoints were as follows: Zusanli(ST36) and Tianshu(ST25) and Shangjuxu(ST37). All involved acupoints belonged to eleven meridians. The most frequently used meridian was Stomach Meridian(147 times, 52.13%). Ten kinds of specific points were involved. The most frequently used specific points were Lower Sea Points and Alarm Points. Conclusion Meridian point extraction is more commonly used in the treatment of postoperative intestinal paralysis by acupuncture. Lower sea points and front-mu point are the mainly used specific points.
