安溪县茶产业与旅游产业融合发展研究

摘要
在阐明茶产业与旅游产业融合内在机理的基础上,基于安溪县2010—2016年茶产业与旅游产业发展的相关指标数据,综合运用灰色综合关联分析法和熵权法对安溪县茶产业与旅游产业融合发展的程度进行实证分析。研究结果表明:安溪县茶产业与旅游产业的整体融合度较高;但茶产业各环节与旅游产业的融合度存在差异,融合度从大到小排序依次为生产环节、销售环节、种植环节、加工环节,其中,茶叶加工环节与旅游产业处于中度融合水平,其余环节与旅游产业融合度均较高。据此,提出转变茶园经营理念、拓展茶叶衍生功能、加大旅游设施建设力度、发展全域茶文化旅游等对策,以期推动安溪县茶产业与旅游产业深度融合发展。
The methods of grey comprehensive correlation and entropy weight were used to study the level of convergence development between tea industry and tourism industry with data from 2010 to 2016 in Anxi County based on their intrinsic convergent mechanism.The results indicated that the convergence development of tea industry and tourism industry had reached a relatively high stage in the overall level,but there were differences in the convergent stage among all links of tea industrial chain and tourism.The stage of convergence from the largest to the smallest was production,sales,planting and processing.Moreover,the stage of convergence was at a moderate level between tea processing and tourism,and other links were highly integrated with tourism.Therefore,it was proposed to transform the business philosophy of tea garden,expand the derivative functions of tea,strengthen the construction of tourist facilities,and develop holistic tourism of tea culture in order to promote the in-depth integration of tea industry and tourism industry in Anxi County.
