刘惠民学术思想及辨治外感热病方药经验

摘要
刘惠民先生从医近60载,精于各科病证的辨治,对外感热病的治疗颇有见地。刘老研读大量经典医籍,尊古不泥,善于突破,如对酸枣仁的运用,既主张用量宜大,又强调生熟并用。临证时重视整体观念,审证精准,在处方用药方面注重药物的品种、产地、炮制、煎法,并根据药物的药性及患者的证候,对证选择合理剂型。同时,重视药后调护,对患者要护理得法。刘老对感冒、流感等外感热病的治疗强调以太阳经病为主,善用发汗峻猛之剂,主张外感病早期要解表清里两施,善用重用生石膏,同时重视顾护脾胃。
Professor LIU Huimin had nearly 60 years of medical experience,specialized in syndrome differentiation and treatment of various diseases and was quite insightful in the treatment of exogenous febrile diseases. Prof. LIU read a large number of classic medical books,respecting the ancient classic,at the same time good at breaking the rules. For example,when using Suanzaoren(Ziziphi spinosae semen),Prof. LIU advocated the amount should be large enough,but also emphasized simultaneous use of the raw and cooked.Prof. LIU emphasized on holism and accurate syndrome differentiation. In the prescription,he focused on the variety of medicine,origin,processing and decoction methods. Based on the medicine's property and patient's syndrome,Prof. LIU selected the reasonable dosage form for the prescription. At the same time,emphasis should be paid on nursing and care of the patient. Prof. LIU emphasized on Taiyang meridian in the treatment of exogenous febrible diseases such as common cold and flu,specialized in using diaphoretic herbs with drastic effects,advocated exterior releasing and interior clearing methods in the early period of exogenous diseases,experienced in increasing the amount of Shigao(Gypsum fibrosum) as well as caring the spleen and stomach.
