摘要
以采自柳树腐木上的野生食用菌菌株KEFI-010为试材,通过形态学特征和ITS序列分析进行鉴定,并开展了驯化栽培试验研究,以期为柳生田头菇优良菌种选育及栽培技术研究提供参考依据。结果表明:该菌株为柳生田头菇(Agrocybe salicacicola),其菌丝生长速度快、洁白、浓密、整齐,栽培周期较短,出菇整齐、健壮,菌盖光滑,大小均匀,菌肉厚,菌柄粗,农艺性状较好,生物学效率为51.49%。子实体营养成分分析发现,该菌株蛋白质含量高,粗纤维、矿物质和氨基酸非常丰富,还含有人体必需的微量元素硒,具有较高的保健价值,是一种开发潜力巨大的食药用菌。
        Wild edible fungi strain KEFI-010 collected from Salix matsudana was identified by morphological characteristics and ITS sequence analysis,domestication and cultivation experiments were also carried out on it,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the breeding of quality strains Agrocybe salicacicola of and the research of cultivation techniques.The results showed that the strain was Agrocybe salicacicola,and its mycelium grew fast,and was white,dense and neat.The cultivation cycle was short.The fruiting bodies grew orderly and strong,the cap was smooth,uniform in size,rich meat and sturdy stalk.The strain had good agronomic characters and high biological efficiency of 51.49%.The nutrient analysis of fruiting body from the strain showed that it had high protein content,rich in crude fiber,minerals and amino acids,and also contained trace element selenium,which was essential for human body.In conclusion, Agrocybe salicacicola had high health value with great potential for development.
