摘要
在工业系统中,温度是表征设备运行正常的重要参数。工业用电负荷不断增长,会因设备发热而导致突发事件,因此,温度自动监测成为了工业安全生产的重要环节。基于ZigBee的无线测温系统由两部分组成:无线节点温度采集单元和温度监测报警单元。无线节点温度采集单元采用PIC18F26J11单片机、MCP9700温度传感器以及ZigBee无线通信,温度监测报警单元采用PIC18F46J50单片机、带RA8835控制器的点阵LCD以及ZigBee无线通信。
In industrial systems,temperature is an important parameter to characterize the normal operation of equipment.With the increase of industrial power load,unexpected events will occur due to the heating of equipment.Therefore,automatic temperature monitoring has become an important part of industrial safety production.ZigBee-based wireless temperature measurement system consists of two parts:wireless node temperature acquisition unit and temperature monitoring alarm unit.Wireless node temperature acquisition unit uses PIC18F26J11 single chip computer,MCP9700 temperature sensor and ZigBee wireless communication.Temperature monitoring and alarm unit uses PIC18F46J50 single chip computer,dot matrix LCD with RA8835 controller and ZigBee wireless communication.
