基于OBE理念的物流管理专业生产与运作管理课程设计

摘要
《生产与运作管理》课程是高校很多专业的核心课程,也是企业管理的重要组成部分,对该课程进行教学改革与教学内容创新设计具有重要意义。在分析课程特点的基础上,指出课程教学过程中存在的问题,并进行了基于产出教育(OBE)理念的课程教学内容设计,符合人才培养目标改革的要求和企业对大学生职业技能的要求。
Production and operation management is a core course of many majors in colleges and universities. It is also an important part of enterprise management. It has great significance for teaching reform and teaching content innovation design.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the course, this paper points out the existing problems in the teaching process,and based on the idea of outcome-based Education(OBE), the teaching content is designed, which meets the requirements of the objectives of personnel training reform and enterprise occupation skills for college students.
