区域技术创新周期与经济周期的关系研究

摘要

区域的合作创新和非合作创新过程能够合理地解释区域技术创新演进中的"路径依赖"与"路径创造"现象,而"路径依赖"与"路径创造"的交替出现表明了区域技术创新具有周期性特点。对区域技术创新周期与经济周期进行研究,能够得出两者之间存在相关性的论断。进一步分析影响区域技术创新周期性规律的要素,特别是合作创新与非合作创新的选择条件,可以发现区域技术创新周期和经济周期彼此影响的规律,这有利于区域技术创新的建设与发展。
        The process of regional cooperation and non-cooperative innovation can reasonably explain the phenomenon of"path dependence"and "path creation"in the evolution of regional technological innovation. The alternation of"path dependence"and"path creation"indicates that regional technological innovation has the characteristics of periodicity. Through the research on regional technological innovation cycle and economic cycle,it can be concluded that there is a correlation between them; and further analyze the factors that affect the periodic of regional technological innovation,especially the cooperative innovation and non-cooperative innovation,the conditions of the regional technological innovation cycle and economic cycle mutual influence can be found,which is conducive to the construction and development of regional technological innovation.
