基于FLS模式的康复护理在OVCF患者中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨基于骨折联络服务(FLS)模式的康复护理在骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折(OVCF)患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将182例OVCF患者按照密封信封法分为观察组和对照组各91例,两组患者均接受抗骨质疏松、镇痛等常规治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施基于FLS模式的康复护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组护理1、3个月腰背疼痛评分低于护理前(P<0.05),护理3个月腰背疼痛评分低于护理1个月(P<0.05),观察组护理1、3个月腰背疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后治疗依从性评分、自我效能评分、生活质量评分高于护理前(P<0.05),观察组护理后治疗依从性评分、自我效能评分、生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于FLS模式的康复护理可有效改善OVCF患者腰背疼痛情况,提高治疗依从性、自我效能和生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effects of fracture liaison service(FLS)model of rehabilitation care in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF).Methods:182 patients with OVCF were randomly divided into experimental group(91 cases)and control group(91 cases).The control group was given routine care,and the experimental group was given FLS model of rehabilitation nursing on the basis of control group.The back pain score,patients′ treatment compliance,self-efficacy and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The back pain scores significantly decreased at one and three months after interventions in the two groups(P<0.05),and that were lower in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate,self-efficacy scores and quality of life scores significantly increased after interventions in the two groups(P<0.05),and that in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application FLS model of rehabilitation care for patients with OVCF can effectively enhance the treatment compliance,and improve self-efficacy and quality of life.
