摘要
目的:探讨三七总皂苷(PNS)对肝癌HepG2细胞增殖、迁移、酶活性及凋亡的影响。方法:应用不同浓度的PNS分别作用于HepG2细胞24、48、72h,采用MTT法测定细胞增殖率,Transwell实验检测肝癌细胞侵袭能力,流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡水平,全自动生化分析仪检测肝癌细胞酶活性的改变。结果:PNS能抑制肝癌HepG2细胞的增殖和迁移,降低肝癌细胞酶活性,促进肝癌细胞的凋亡。
        Objective:To investigate the effects of panax notoginseng saponins(PNS) on the cell proliferation,invasion,apoptosis and enzyme activity of liver cancercell lines HepG2. Methods:HepG2 cells were treated with different density of PNS for 24,48,72 h,Cell proliferation rate was detected by MTT assay; cell invasion ability was detected by Transwell method; the level of apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry,and the change of enzyme activity of liver cancer cells was detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. Conclusion:PNS could inhibit the proliferation and invasion of HepG2 cells,reduce the enzyme activity of hepatoma cells,and promote the apoptosis of hepatoma cells.
