摘要
针对TC18钛合金零件电化学蚀刻标记深度不满足0.08 mm~0.13 mm要求的生产现状,引入新牌号蚀刻液MA04、T10和新牌号蚀刻纸DIG-3100、LST6010,对TC18钛合金进行电化学蚀刻标记工艺研究。结果表明,使用蚀刻液MA04、T10和蚀刻纸DIG-3100、LST6010后,标记深度及清晰度均满足要求,具有一定的应用和推广价值。
For the situation of the electrochemical etching marking depth could not meet the require-ments of 0.08 mm~0.13 mm,the new etching solution of MA04 and T10,as well as the new etching pa-per of DIG-3100 and LST6010 were introduced to study the technology of electrochemical etching mark-ing. The results show that the depth and clarity of the sign on TC18 titanium alloys met the standard us-ing the new etching solution and paper. The new technology show a broad application prospects.
