维护劳动者积极自由的时间权利

摘要
中国特色社会主义进入了新时代。在新时代,"拥有时间"比"拥有金钱"更加重要."拥有时间"是拥有美好生活、达成"新幸福"的重要条件。随着社会主要矛盾的转化,劳动者对自由时间的向往以及依法保障其休息休假权,自由参加文体和家庭社会活动的诉求也日益强烈,增加和维护劳动者积极自由的时间权利已成为当今社会的热点问题。
Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. In the new era, "owning time" is more important than "having money". "Owning time" is an important condition for having a good life and achieving"new happiness". With the transformation of the main contradictions in society, the longing for free time and the right to rest and to enjoy vacation in accordance with the law, the desire to participate in stylistic and family activities has become increasingly strong. The right to increase and maintain workers' positive and free right of time has become a hot issue in modern society.
