糖尿病性白内障患者围术期护理干预效果观察

摘要
目的分析糖尿病性白内障患者围术期实施护理干预的效果。方法从我院2013年2月—2015年2月期间收治的糖尿病性白内障患者中抽取164例,采用随机数字表法平均分为2组,对照组采用常规护理管理,试验组采用针对性护理管理。对2组患者的各项身体机能以及护理满意度进行检测与记录。结果试验组患者各项相关检测结果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组患者的护理满意度比对照组有明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对糖尿病性白内障患者实施围术期针对性护理干预,不但能够稳定患者的各项身体机能,还能降低术后并发症的发生率,在一定程度上促进医患关系的和谐发展,具有重要的现实意义。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on patients with diabetic cataract in the preoperative period.Methods I randomly selected 164 patients with diabetic cataract from February 2013 to February2015 in our hospital. They were divided into experimental and control groups by using the random number table method,with 82 subjects in each group. The control group was given traditional nursing,while the experimental group received specific nursing intervention. The physical functions and satisfaction with nursing of patients in the two groups were measured and recorded.Results The physical functions measurements of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).Also,the satisfaction with nursing care of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Specific nursing intervention for diabetic cataract patients during the preoperative period can not only stabilize patients' physical functions,but also decrease the incidence of postoperative complications. Besides,it can also contribute to harmonious doctor-patient relationship,therefore has some practical significance.
