摘要
本文旨在通过将"现代学徒制"教学模式改革应用到国家级非物质文化遗产项目晋作家具制作技艺传承人才培养中,以精品小班组织教学,建立以工作室为载体,校内导师负责制,推行定制化人才培养方案,并通过岗位生产实训,以师傅带徒弟的方式进行技艺传习。整个培养过程,经过文化认同,技艺传承,创新发展三个阶段,实现教学内容梯度递进,同时拓宽了学生(学徒)的就业/创业面。另外,校企双方合作开发传习课程的同时,也将部分晋作家具传统制作技艺整理保存下来了。
This paper aims to apply the "modern apprenticeship" teaching mode to the national intangible cultural heritage project so as to cultivate inheritors of Shanxi traditional making skills. With the "studio" as the teaching organization in small class, the school tutor is responsible for the entire project. Through the promotion of customized personnel training and students' practice in the enterprise, the master taught the traditional method of furniture making skills to the apprentice. The teaching process has three stages: cultural identity,craftsmanship, and innovation, allowing apprentices to master a variety of employment skills. While the school and enterprise develop lessons, the traditional techniques of furniture production is also preserved.
