直肠前突患者接受不同方案治疗的效果分析

摘要
目的观察在直肠前突患者治疗中,患者接受经肛吻合器直肠切除术与直肠下段黏膜多层折叠修补术联合治疗的效果。方法选择2015年6月-2018年6月深圳市人民医院龙华分院收治的67例直肠前突患者,其中33例接受经肛吻合器直肠切除术患者为对照组,在对照组的基础上接受直肠下段黏膜多层折叠修补术的34例患者为研究组,对比两组患者治疗效果以及不良反应。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对直肠前突患者的治疗,同时给予其直肠下段黏膜多层折叠修补术与经肛吻合器直肠切除术治疗的效果较好,该方案值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect of combined treatment of transanal anastomosis rectal resection and lower rectal mucosa multi-layer fold repair in the treatment of rectocele patients. Methods Sixty-seven patients with rectocele were enrolled in Longhua Branch of Shenzhen People's Hospital from June 2015 to June 2018. Of these, 33 patients as control group underwent transanal anastomosis rectal resection and 34 patients as study group underwent lower rectal mucosa multi-layer fold repair on the basis of control group.The treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group. The total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of rectocele patients,it is better to treat with the lower rectal mucosa multi-layer fold repair and transanal anastomosis rectal resection. The program is worthy of clinical promotion.
