张伦忠教授补肾填精法治疗中老年郁证经验

摘要
张伦忠教授认为中老年郁证其病本在于年老肾精减少,病机是由肾精亏虚,志意不存,同时水不涵木,致肝失濡养,气机郁滞。在治疗方面,以补肾填精为大法,同时配合疏肝理气药物,肝肾同治,滋水涵木,在临床应用中皆多见效。列举验案2则以说明疗效及治疗思路。
Professor Zhang Lunzhong believes that the pathogenesis of depression syndrome in middle-aged and old people lies in the decrease of kidney essence in old age. The pathogenesis of depression is the process of deficiency of kidney essence and the absence of ambition. At the same time,water does not contain wood,resulting in loss of liver nourishment and stagnation of qi. In the treatment of kidney-tonifying and essence-filling,kidney-tonifying and essence-filling combined with Liver-soothing and qi-regulating drugs,liver-kidney treatment,waternourishing culvert are effective in clinical application. 2 cases were list to illustrate the therapeutic effect and ideas.
