摘要

高职院校专业文化建设是高职校园文化建设的核心,是专业建设的灵魂和推动专业建设的重要力量,影响着高职学生健全人格、院校教育现代化、企业、行业、产业以及整个民族的发展。以常州机电职业技术学院机械制造与自动化专业文化建设为例,阐述高职院校专业文化建设的基本内涵、重要意义,并提出基于复合能力培养的高职院校专业文化建设的主要方法和措施。
        The construction of professional culture in higher vocational colleges is the core of higher vocational campus culture construction and is the soul of professional construction and has an important force to promote professional construction. It affects the perfect personality of modern vocational students, the modernization of college education and the development of companies, industries and the entire nation. Taking the professional culture construction of machinery manufacturing and automation major in Changzhou Vocational Institute of Mechatronic Technology as an example, this paper elaborates the basic connotation and important significance of professional culture construction in higher vocational colleges, and proposes the main methods and measures based on the cultivation of compound ability.
