摘要
容积式金属叶片马达是一种适用于微小井眼钻修井作业、高温井、复杂泥浆体系等条件下的新型井下动力钻具。其定子材料为金属,克服了螺杆钻具定子橡胶的不足。为了分析金属叶片马达的运动特性,基于圆柱绕流理论,研究了马达内部高、低压腔的形成机理。建立了阀口节流棒升力数学模型,分析了阀口节流棒涡运动的规律以及配流壳体开口的特殊方式对压力分布的影响。研究内容及结果可为容积式金属叶片马达的设计提供理论依据。
Metal vane motor is a new kind of downhole motor which can fit slimhole drilling,high temperature and complex mud system.The material of stator is metal,which overcomes the defects of the stator rubber layer of the screw drill tool.Aiming at the kinematic mechanism of metal vane motor,based on the theory of flow around a cylinder,the mechanism of forming high pressure parts and low pressure parts was studied systematically in this paper.The mechanical model used to describe the lift force was adopted to analyze the kinematic regularity of valve diverter rod and influencing factors of pressure distribution.The research can be provided as a reference for the design and development of metal vane motor.
