摘要
目的:优选清胞衣颗粒的最佳水提取工艺。方法:以芍药苷、苦杏仁苷的得率以及香蒲新苷与异鼠李素-3-O-新橙皮苷的总得率为评价指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定指标成分含量,通过正交试验设计,采用多指标综合加权评分法,考察加水量、提取次数、提取时间等因素的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为用12倍量水,浸泡2 h,回流提取2次,每次1 h。结论:优选的提取工艺科学合理,稳定可行,为中试提取提供依据。
Objective: To optimize water reflux extraction of Qing Baoyi Granule. Methods: The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal text with the yields of paeoniflorin and amygdalin and the total yields of typhaneoside and isorhamnetin- 3-O- neohepeidoside determined by HPLC and multi- index comprehensive weighted scoring method as evaluation index. Results:Optimum extraction technology was as following: soaked 2 h with 12 times the amount of water,extracted 2 times,1 h for each time. Conclusion: The compliance test indicates that the optimized extraction process was scientific,stable and feasible to provide a basis for the extraction of pilot.
