补阳还五汤加减联合康复训练、针刺治疗气虚血瘀型卒中恢复期患者疗效及对患者生活质量的影响研究

摘要
目的:探讨补阳还五汤加减联合康复训练、针刺治疗气虚血瘀型卒中恢复期患者疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:将2016年3月-2017年3月我院收治的80例气虚血瘀型卒中恢复期患者随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),两组均予以常规治疗,对照组在上述基础上进行康复训练和针刺治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用补阳还五汤加减,比较两组患者干预前与干预后3个月日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)及生活质量评分。结果:观察组总有效率(82.5%)显著高于对照组(62.5%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前后两组ADL评分、NIHSS评分显著改善,且观察组治疗后NIHSS评分较对照组治疗后显著降低,ADL评分升高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者物质生活、社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:在康复训练、针刺治疗基础上加用补阳还五汤加减有助于提高患者生活质量,临床疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of the Buyang Huanwu decoction( 补阳还五汤) plus rehabilitation training and acupuncture on stroke in recovery phase of the Qixu Xueyu type( 气 虚 血 瘀 型) and quality of life. Methods: From March 2016 to March 2017, 80 cases were divided into two groups, 40 cases in each. The control group was given conventional treatment plus rehabilitation training and acupuncture; and those in the observation group were given the Buyang Huanwu decoction more. Results: The total efficiency was 82.5% in the observation group, higher than 62.5% in the control group, P<0.05. After treatment, the ADL score and NIHSS score in two groups were significantly improved, and those in the observation group were more significant(P<0.05). The material life, social function, psychological function and physical function score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Buyang Huanwu decoction plus rehabilitation training and acupuncture on stroke in recovery phase of the Qixu Xueyu type show a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
