京津冀协同发展背景下高职教师教育能力建设探析

摘要
随着京津冀一体化国家战略的正式启动,教育一体化和协同发展也势在必行。文章分析了新形势下高职教师所面临的机遇和挑战;结合工作和调查实际指出了当前高职教师教育能力方面存在的欠缺;提出了新形势新要求下高职教师所应具备的教育能力的内涵;最后为了更好地适应京津冀教育协同发展背景下对高职教师的新要求,从国家政策、学校制度及教师个人等方面提出了高职教师教育能力建设的有效途径。
With the offi cial launch of integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions of national strategy, education integration and collaborative development is also imperative. This paper analyzes the opportunity and challenge faced by higher vocational teachers under the new situation, points out the lack of current higher vocational teacher's education ability combined with the work practice and survey, and puts forward that the higher vocational teachers should have the connotation of the educational ability under the new situation and new requirements. Finally in order to better adapt to the new requirements to teachers in vocational colleges under the background of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei education collaboration development, it proposes the effective ways of higher vocational teachers' education ability construction from the national policy, school system and teacher individual.
