摘要
目的利用核素~(131)I和苯丙氨酸化学、物理的特性,寻找显像剂以及显像的载体。方法通过氯胺T的氧化反应,将~(131)I标记到苯丙氨酸上。再利用不同的扩展剂检测~(131)I-苯丙氨酸标记率。结果通过反复实验,以10%二氯甲烷+丙酮为扩展剂,~(131)I-苯丙氨酸标记率为95%以上。结论通过10%二氯甲烷+丙酮为扩展剂得到理想实验结果。
        Objective To find imaging agent by using radioactive iodine characteristics of chemistry, physics, and in the human body physiological phenomenon. Methods By chloramine T oxidation reaction, to the l-phenylalanine ~(131)I marked out. Using different extension agent detection ~(131)I-l-phenylalanine marking rate. Results Our repeated experiments showed that, with 10% methylene chloride + acetone as the extension agent, ~(131)I-l-phenylalanine markup rate above 95%. Conclusion By 10% methylene chloride +acetone as the extension agent can get the ideal imaging agent.
