采精频率对德州驴精液品质的影响

摘要
为探究采精频率对成年种公驴精液品质的影响,对东阿国家黑毛驴繁育中心34头种公驴的采精状况及生产数据进行跟踪与统计分析,并将数据分为4组,A组(每3天采精1次)、B组(每4天采精1次)、C组(每5天采精1次)和D组(每10天采精1次)。结果表明:D组的总精液量显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),C组的总精液量显著低于A组(P<0.05)和B组(P<0.05);C组精液的精子密度与D组间无显著性差异(P>0.05),但显著高于A组(P<0.05)和B组(P<0.05);D组精液的原精活力和冻后活力均显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),但A、B、C三组间差异并不显著(P>0.05);D组精子的复苏率显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),B组与C组间差异不显著(P>0.05),但均显著低于A组(P<0.05);采精频率与冻后活力、复苏率之间均呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论:种公驴采精频率为每3天采精1次时,可以获得稳定的精液品质。
        To investigate the effect of semen collection frequency on the semen quality of donkey,the production data were analyzed to four frequencies of semen collection either once every 3 d(group A),4 d(group B),5 d(group C)and 10 d(group D). The results indicated that the semen volume in group D was significantly lower than those in other groups(P<0.05). The volume in group C was significantly higher than that in group D,but lower than those in group A and group B(P<0.05). The spermconcentrations in group C and group D had no significant difference(P >0.05),but significantly higher than those in group A and group B(P<0.05). The fresh and frozen-thawed vitality of the sperm had no significant difference in group A,group B and group C(P >0.05),but was significantly higher than that in group D(P<0.05). The frozen-thaw success rate reached maximum in group A,which was significantly higher than those in other semen collection frequencies(P<0.05). There were no significantly difference between group B and group C(P >0.05). The semen collection frequency had significantly negative correlation with the frozen-thawed vitality and recovery rate of the sperm(P<0.05). According to these studies,the semen collection frequency had a definite effect on semen quality,the best frequency of semen collection was once per 3 days so as to ensure the semen quality.
