摘要
采用3D打印快速成型技术制备钛合金漏斗胸矫形板,并研究其性能为应用3D打印技术制备个性化漏斗胸矫形板提供依据。在计算机上建立漏斗胸矫形板模型,应用3D打印激光快速成型技术制备钛合金漏斗胸矫形板,通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察矫形板表面形貌,采用着色渗透法检验矫形板表面缺陷,采用万能材料试验机和维氏硬度计检测矫形板的力学性能。结果表明:3D打印钛合金漏斗胸矫形板表面呈道状线条结构,表面无孔洞、裂纹等缺陷,矫形板拉伸强度和屈服强度分别为1015.0MPa和919.0MPa,延伸率为11.2%,维氏硬度326.0HV5。
        Titanium alloy pectus excavatum orthopedic plate was prepared by 3D printing rapid prototyping technology and its properties were studied,providing a basis for the application of 3D printing technology to prepare personalized pectus excavatum orthopedic plate.The model of pectus excavatum orthopedic plate was established on computer,and the titanium alloy pectus excavatum orthopedic plate was fabricated by 3D printing laser rapid prototyping technology.The surface morphology of the orthopedic plate was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),the surface defects of the orthopedic plate were examined by dye penetration method,and the mechanical properties of the orthopedic plate were tested by universal material testing machine and Vickers hardness tester.The results show that the surface of the 3D printed titanium alloy pectus excavatum orthopedic plate has a strip-like structure with no holes or cracks.The tensile strength and yield strength of the orthopedic plate are 1015.0 MPa and 919.0 MPa,respectively,and the elongation is 11.2 %,the Vickers hardness is 326.0 HV5.
