摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱(RHPLC)和电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)联用同步检测食品中常见食品添加剂糖精钠、苯甲酸钠、日落黄、山梨酸钾及重金属铅和砷.实验选用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 Analytical 4.6×250 nm5-Micron为的反向色谱柱;流动相为体积比为10∶90的甲醇和乙酸铵(浓度为0.02 mol/L)混合溶液,在UV254 mn处检测,经前处理的食品样品在液相色谱中分离后检测出食品添加剂含量,进入电感等离子体质谱检测重金属含量.结果表明:食品添加剂检出限为6~15 ng/L,相对标准偏差RSD<3.5%;加样回收率在94%~105%之间;重金属检出限为7~34 ng/L,相对标准偏差RSD<3.0%;加样回收率在90%~97%之间.
In that paper,simultaneous determination of sodium saccharin,sodium benzoate,sunset yellow,sorbic acid,heavy metal lead and arsenic in beverages by RP-HPLC-ICP-MS was reported.ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(Analytical 4.6×250 nm 5-Micro)was used as the reverse chromatographic column,with a mixture of methanol/ammonium acetate(0.02 mol/L)(10∶90,V/V)as the mobile phase,and the detection at UV 254 mn.Food additive contents were detected by liquid chromatography after separation of pre-treated food samples,and heavy metal contents were detected by ICP-MS.The results showed that the detection limit of food additives was 6.0~15 ng/L,with less than 4% of relative standard deviation(RSD),and the addition recovery rate was between 93%~109% The detection limit of heavy metals was 7.0~12 ng/L,with RSD < 3.5%,and the addition recovery rate was between 93%~104%.
