摘要
将1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)还原变色反应与高效薄层色谱分离相结合,建立了一种HPTLC-DPPH联用测定保健品中芦丁的方法,并考察了DPPH显色反应时间、流动相配比、光密度扫描参数对色谱分离、扫描效果的影响,同时测试了该方法的回收率和精密度。结果显示,该方法的标准添加回收率为82%~97%,精密度RSD<10%,且可消除保健品中复杂基质的干扰,适用于保健品中芦丁的快速测定。
        The study combines the reaction of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical(DPPH)with reduce discoloration and highperformance thin layer chromatography to establish a new method for the determination of rutin in healthcare products by HPTLC-DPPH.The effects of DPPH color reaction time,mobile phase,and optical density scanning parameters on chromatographic separation and densitometric results are investigated as well as recovery and precision of the method.The standard addition recovery rate of the method is 82%~97%,and the precision RSD is<10%.It was demonstrated that the method is able to circumvent the interferences from sample matrices with a simpli-fied sample pretreatment.Therefore,the method is suitable for rapid detection of rutin in healthcare products.
