摘要
运用ABAQUS对三通接头进行有限元分析,求解其在内压作用下的应力分布,其中有效地结合了弹性应力分析法和极限载荷分析法;并依据规范ASME BPVC VIII-div.2对结果进行强度评定。分析证明,两种分析方法的结合可高效的解决应力分类的问题,能有效地解决开孔设备的应力分析和设计问题。
The finite element analysis to the tee is carried out by the ABAQUS software,and the stress distribution under internal pressure solved by Elastic Stress Analysis method and Limit-Load Analysis method. Then these stress results are assessment per code ASME BPVC VIII-div.2. Analysis shows that the combination of the two methods can improve problem of stress classification and effectively solve the problem of stress analysis and design of the tapping equipment.
