摘要
研究目的:直排式真空预压法消除了砂垫层、滤管、滤膜对真空荷载传递的阻尼作用,比常规真空预压法具有更好的加固效果。但现有试验多将直排区和常规区位于不同的真空系统下,真空度加载规律不一致,故本文试验采用同一真空系统,以便对直排式真空预压法的加固效果进行比较。研究结论:将直排区和常规区布置在同一张密封膜下,使用同一真空排水管网进行处理,现场试验结果表明:(1)经直排式真空预压法处理后,土的各项物理力学指标均好于常规真空预压区;(2)对试验的地基沉降数据采用沉降曲线推算固结度,得出直排区的固结度高于常规真空预压法;(3)直排式真空预压法具有施工成本低、真空能效利用率高、加固时间短、加固效果好等显著效果;(4)本研究成果对直排式真空预压处理吹填土路基有一定的指导作用。
        Research purposes:Straight-line vacuum preloading method has better consolidation effect for eliminating the damping of the sand cushion,filter tube and filter membrane in transmitting the vacuum load.But the loading laws of the two areas are different because the two areas are under different vacuum systems in general tests.So the same vacuum system was used in this test,to compare the consolidation effect of straight-line vacuum preloading method.Research conclusions:The field test is done that straight-line vacuum preloading area and normal vacuum preloading area are under same vacuum system.The experimental results show that:(1) The physical and mechanical indexes of the straight-line vacuum preloading method are better than those of the normal method;(2) By analyzing the data of the foundation settlement,the consolidation degree of the straight-line vacuum preloading area is higher than that of the normal vacuum preloading area;(3) Straight-line vacuum preloading method has remarkable effect for its lower cost,higher vacuum utilization,shorter consolidation time and better effect;(4) The research results can be used to guide the treatment of dredger fill subgrade by straight-line vacuum preloading.
