摘要

教学督导在高等教育中占据着重要位置,起着积极地推动作用,但在实际的教学管理中多数高校却忽视了他的职能发挥,尤其是独立学院,在教学督导工作中存在许多问题,认识上也存在误区。独立学院应该乘教育改革的东风,深化教学体制改革,努力构建教学督导的新模式。
Teaching supervision plays an important role in higher education and plays an active role in promoting it. However,in the actual teaching management, most colleges and universities neglect its function, especially independent colleges. There are many problems and misunderstandings in the work of teaching supervision. Independent colleges should take advantage of the east wind of educational reform, deepen the reform of teaching system, and strive to build a new mode of teaching supervision.
