书院制背景下构建通识教育模式的路径

分析传统学院制模式下开展通识教育的现状和不足,探索书院制作为我国高校新兴学生管理模式的尝试,强调以学生社区为教育管理载体,提倡开展非正式形式教育,其教育理念、教育内容和教育方式与通识教育可以达成深厚的价值契合,构建在书院制背景下本土通识教育模式的新路径:凸显其文化育人功能的独特性和优越性,促进人的全面发展。
The current situation and shortcomings of general education under the traditional college system are analyzed, and the attempt of the college system to make a new students' management model in Chinese universities is explored. It emphasizes the use of the student community as a carrier of educational management and advocates the development of informal forms of education. Its educational philosophy, educational content and educational methods and general education can achieve a deep value fit. It believes that highlighting the uniqueness and superiority of cultural education and promoting people's all-round development is a new path to construct a local general education model under the background of college system.
