摘要
为了提高高速动车组制动盘的散热性能及服役寿命,借鉴自然界中生物高效散热的特点,类比自然界中三种与生俱有的高效物质交换的生物特点,建立了三种可以提升散热效果、预防疲劳热损伤的带有仿生散热筋的高速动车组制动盘模型。依据摩擦功率法提出热流配比系数法,采用有限有软件ABAQUS分析了高速动车组从时速300 km/h紧急制动下三种带有仿生散热筋制动盘的温度的大小及变化规律,并与常规圆柱散热筋制动盘的结果进行了对比。结果表明,散热效果的优良次序依次是:螺旋型散热筋、板型散热筋、根型散热筋、圆柱散热筋。表面积增加导致的对流换热加剧是散热降温增强的的主要原因。上述分析为今后仿生散热筋在高速动车组制动盘高效率散热中的应用提供了参考依据。
        In order to improve the heat dispersion performance of the brake disks used in high-speed EMU and prolong its service life, three kinds of bionic heat radiation brake disks models are developed according to the theory of inherent and efficient material interchange of three kinds of species that share similar characteristics with efficient heat dissipation biology, which can improve the heat dissipation of brake disk so as to prevent the wear and fatigue. Based on the heat distribution coefficient, which was evolution of the friction power method, the finite element software ABAQUS is used to analyze the size and change rule of the temperature of the three types of brake disks with bionic heat dissipation ribs under emergency braking condition whose initial speed of braking is 300 km/h, and the results are researched and compared with that of the cylindrical heat radiation brake disks. For the heat dissipation ability, the result shows that helicine heat radiation ranks No. 1, followed by the platelike heat radiation, rootlike heat radiation and the traditional cylindrical heat radiation. The increased ability of heat dissipation caused by larger surface are the main reason for the increase of heat dissipation and cooling. Based on these numerical results, some references are provided for the application of bionic heat dissipation ribs in the high efficiency heat dissipation of high-speed EMU brake disks in the future.
