摘要
目的:优选银花清咽纳米乳喷雾剂的提取工艺。方法:以绿原酸、木犀草苷、甘草酸铵、桔梗皂苷D和总黄酮含量为评价指标,用U6(64)均匀设计表安排试验,考察溶剂倍数、浸泡时间、提取时间和提取次数4个因素对提取工艺的影响,综合加权评分,对数据进行拟合得到回归方程,优选最优工艺。结果:最优工艺为12倍水,浸泡0. 5 h,提取3次,每次1 h。结论:试验设计合理,优选的提取工艺稳定、可操作性强,可作为银花清咽纳米乳喷雾剂的提取工艺,为该制剂后续药效学评价提供依据。
        Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Yinhua Qingyan nanoemulsion spray. Methods: With chlorogenic acid,cynarosid,glycyrrhizic acid ammonium salt,platycodin D and total flavone as the evaluation indices,U6(64) uniform design table was used to arrange the experiments with the solvent ratio,soaking time,extracting time and extracting times as the influencing factors. The comprehensive weighted score was calculated,and the data was fit to obtain the regression equation in order to optimize the extraction process. Results: The optimal process was 12-fold amount of water,soaking 0. 5 h and extracting 3times with 1 h for each time. Conclusion: The experimental design is reasonable,and the optimized extraction process is stable and operable,which can be used as the extraction process of Yinhua Qingyan nanoemulsion spray. The study provides basis for the subsequent pharmacodynamics evaluation of the preparation.
