嘉兴市新型职业农民职业技术培训需求调查

摘要
为了了解嘉兴市新型职业农民职业技术培训实际需求,从而为嘉兴市相关部门精准开展职业农民职业技术培训工作,课题组于2018年10月对嘉兴市新型职业农民职业技术培训需求进行了调查。调研结果显示嘉兴市整体培训情况较好,农民对于新型职业农民职业技术培训认可度较高;嘉兴市新型职业农民对于种植实用技术、农业政策与农村法律法规知识、农产品贮藏与加工技术方面培训需求较大;通过改革现有培训方法方式,增加培训互动交流机会,可以进一步提高培训效果。调查结果对嘉兴市加强农民科学技术水平,推进嘉兴市农业现代化建设具有重要的现实意义。
In order to understand the actual demand for vocational technical training of new professional farmers in Jiaxing city, and thus accurately carry out the vocational technical training of professional farmers for relevant departments in Jiaxing city, the research group investigated the demand for vocational technical training of new professional farmers in Jiaxing city in October 2018. The results show that the overall training situation of Jiaxing city is good, and farmers have a high recognition of the new type of vocational technical training for farmers. The new professional farmers in Jiaxing need more training in practical planting technology, agricultural policy and knowledge of rural laws and regulations, storage and processing technology of agricultural products.
