摘要
为满足塑壳断路器出厂检测要求,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的塑壳断路器智能脱扣器检测系统。步进调压器组搭配多档位自耦变压器产生高精度且调节范围宽的试验大电流;采用高精度数据采集卡,依托LabVIEW软件处理平台,完成对系统电路各项数据信号的采集、处理与显示;利用多工位同步技术,提高系统测试效率和测试精度;应用模块化软件设计思路,改善系统拓展性,实现系统的柔性化设计。经测试表明,该系统运行稳定,检测精度高,拓展性好。
        An intelligent release detection system based on LabVIEW was designed to satisfy the factory inspection requirements of molded case circuit breaker.The step voltage regulator group,which was combined with a multi-position autotransformer,generated high-accuracy test currents with a wide range of adjustments.Using the high precision data acquisition card and relying on the LabVIEW software processing platform,the system completed the collection,processing and display of various data signals of the system circuit.Multi-station synchronization technology was used to improve the testing efficiency and accuracy of the system.Through the application of modular software design thought,the expansibility of the system was improved,and the flexible design objective of the system was realized.The test shows that the system has stable operation,high detection accuracy and good expansibility.
