内生增能:农村社区空巢老年人养老功能的适应性调整及其支持对策

摘要
已有研究针对农村空巢老年人养老问题给出了比较系统的意见和建议,但忽视了农村社区自身在养老功能方面的主动性和自发性。前屯村互助养老、孙家寨"饺子宴"和景家庄老年协会三个案例表明,农村社区在应对空巢养老困境方面能够自主进行适应性调整,形成内生增能的组织化自治和功能性替代选择。建议肯定这种内生增能经验的合法性,并将其纳入"三社联动"的社区治理格局中。
The existing studies on the support for the rural empty-nesters have put forward many systematic suggestions and countermeasures,but have ignored the initiative and spontaneity of the rural community in the aspects of support function for the elderly.Three cases of mutual support for the aged in Qiantun village,"dumpling feast"in Sunjiazhai and the elderly association of Jingjiazhuang show that rural community has the ability of initiative adaptive adjustment in facing the problem of support for the empty-nesters and develops organized self governance with its endogenous empowerment.The legitimacy of the endogenous empowerment experience should be affirmed and included in the community governance of"The Three Social linkage".
