大直径椭球封头制造公差对外压稳定性的影响

摘要
以某项目压力容器设备大直径椭球封头结构为例,分别针对制造公差中椭圆度、错边量、形状偏差对椭球封头结构的极限承载外压敏感性,利用ANSYS软件进行非线性有限元分析,得到相应的临界失稳外压值,进而指出上述几种制造公差对大直径椭球封头结构承载外压的影响程度,为今后此类压力容器封头的设计提供参考。
        This paper takes the large-diameter ellipsoid head structure of a pressure vessel equipment used for one project as an example to obtain the corresponding external pressure value of critical instability for the sensitivity of ellipsoid head structure at the ultimate bearing external pressure with influences of the manufacturing tolerances, such as the ellipticity,offset, shape deviation respectively, brings out the influence of the aforementioned manufacturing tolerances on the external pressure bearing capacity of large diameter ellipsoid head structure by means of nonlinear FEA with ANSYS software, and provides the reference for the design of such pressure vessel head in the future.
