摘要
对淬火前后耐磨钢板不同位置厚度尺寸变化进行了系统分析,结果表明:热轧态钢板经淬火后不同位置处厚度尺寸均有减少,且钢板纵向中部位置处厚度减薄率最大,并向头部、尾部两端递减且递减速度基本对称。为保证钢板淬火后厚度满足交付要求,在进行淬火钢板厚度测量时需充分关注钢板纵向中心处边部的厚度尺寸值,并根据厚度减薄规律在钢板热轧过程中给予适当的厚度补偿。
        The thickness dimension variation at the different positions of wear-resistant steel plates before and after quenching was systematically studied and analyzed in the paper. And the results showed that, the thickness dimension at the different positions of hotrolled steel plates were all reduced after being quenched. The largest thickness reduction rate was found at the longitudinal middle position of steel plates and decreased gradually toward both ends of head and tail. Moreover their declining rates were basically symmetrical. In order to ensure the thickness of quenched plates to meet the delivery requirements, the thickness dimension at both edges of the longitudinal center of plates should be paid full attention to when measuring the thickness of quenched plates, and the appropriate thickness compensation should be given during hot rolling process of plates according to the thickness reduction laws.
