民办高校辅导员安全感与幸福感的关系:自我同情的中介作用

摘要
目的:探究民办高校辅导员安全感与幸福感之间的关系,并考察自我同情在两者间的中介作用。方法:采用安全感量表、自我同情量表及幸福感指数量表,对263名民办高校辅导员进行问卷调查。结果:安全感、自我同情、幸福感之间两两显著相关;安全感对民办高校辅导员的幸福感和自我同情均具有显著的正向影响;自我同情在安全感与幸福感之间起到部分中介作用,中介效应显著。结论:民办高校辅导员的安全感能直接预测其幸福感,也能通过自我同情间接影响其幸福感。
        Objective: To explore the relationship between security and happiness in private college counselors, and to inspect the mediation effect of self-compassion. Methods: A total of 263 private college counselors were tested by Security questionnaire, Self-compassion scale, and Index of well-being. Results: There was a significant correlation between security, self-compassion and happiness; Security had significantly positive correlation with the happiness and self-compassion;Self-compassion played a partial mediating effect between security and happiness. Conclusion: Security not only directly predicts their well-being, but also indirectly influences happiness through self-compassion in private college counselors.
