力龙康复合木耳粉止咳祛痰作用研究

摘要
为探讨复合木耳粉的止咳、祛痰作用,本研究应用中药清肺润肺动物模型,采用浓氨水引咳和酚红排泌量实验。将ICR小鼠随机分为5组,分别为空白对照组(等容生理盐水),阳性对照组(川贝枇杷露),复合木耳粉低(0. 05 g/m L)、中(0. 1 g/m L)、高(0. 3g/m L)剂量组。每组10只,灌胃体积为25 m L/kg。阳性对照川贝枇杷膏依据成人与小鼠体积系数换算,小鼠等效剂量为5. 85 m L/kg,吸取5. 85 m L原液,加入生理盐水稀释至50 m L,连续灌胃30 d,2次/d,最后一次灌胃后进行氨水引咳实验和酚红排泌量测定试验。氨水引咳法实验小鼠灌胃30 d后,观察小鼠咳嗽潜伏期及3 min内咳嗽次数;酚红排泌实验小鼠灌胃30 d,于末次灌胃1 h后腹腔注射5%酚红溶液,观察小鼠气管酚红排泌量。与正常对照组比较,阳性对照组、复合木耳粉各剂量组均能延长浓氨水所致小鼠咳嗽的潜伏期(P <0. 01);均能减少浓氨水所致小鼠咳嗽次数(P <0. 01);并增加小鼠气管酚红排泌量(P <0. 01)。与阳性对照组比较,复合木耳粉高剂量组引咳潜伏期延长,3 min内咳嗽次数减少,止咳效果作用与阳性对照组相当;复合木耳粉中、高剂量组酚红排泌量减少,组间无差异,作用效果稍低于阳性对照组。说明,复合木耳粉具有止咳、祛痰作用。
        To investigate the effects of compound auricularia powder on relieving cough and expectorant. ICR mice were randomly divided into five groups: blank control group( isovolumic saline),positive control group( Chuanbei loquat dew),low( 0. 05 g/m L),medium( 0. 1 g/m L) and high( 0. 3 g/m L) dosage group. Ten rats in each group were given intragastric administration of 25 m L/kg. The equivalent dose of Chuanbei loquat ointment was 5. 85 m L/kg,the original solution was absorbed 5. 85 m L,diluted to 50 m L with normal saline,and then gavaged for 30 days,twice a day. After the last gavage,the cough induced by ammonia water and the phenol red excretion were measured. The cough latency and the number of coughs within 3 minutes were observed after 30 days of oral administration of ammonia water. The phenol red excretion test mice were given orally for 30 days and intraperitoneally injected with 5% phenol red solution 1 hour after the last oral administration to observe the amount of phenol red excretion in trachea of mice.Compared with the normal control group,the incubation period of cough induced by concentrated ammonia could be prolonged in both the positive control group and the composite auricle powder group( P < 0. 01); The cough frequency of mice induced by concentrated ammonia could be reduced( P < 0. 01); The amount of phenol red excretion from trachea of mice was increased( P < 0. 01). Compared with the positive control group,the incubation period of cough induced in the high dose group of compound auricularia powder was prolonged,the number of coughs within 3 min was reduced,and the effect of cough relief was similar to that in the positive control group. The amount of phenolic red excretion decreased in the middle and high dose groups of compound auricularia powder,and there was no difference between the groups. The effect was slightly lower than that in the positive control group. Auricularia composite powder has the effect of relieving cough and removing phlegm.
