超声诊断乳腺肿块微钙化临床分析与研究

摘要
目的:研究超声诊断乳腺肿块微钙化的临床效果。方法:收集某院收治的110例乳腺肿块微钙化患者,2015年11月~2017年11月为研究时段,根据手术病理结果分研究组(n=54,恶性肿块)和对照组(n=56,良性肿块),均予以超声诊断,比较微钙化特征及微钙化率。结果:研究组的微钙化率显著较对照组高,且研究组簇状分布占比显著较对照组高,散点状分布占比显著较对照组低,研究组≤45岁人数所占比显著较对照组的高,>45岁人数所占比显著较对照组的低,具统计学差异,P<0.05;两组在粗钙化率、弧形钙化率方面不具统计学差异,P>0.05。结论:乳腺肿块微钙化患者进行超声诊断,可对钙化灶的具体情况进一步明确诊断,效果确切,值得借鉴、推广。
        Objective:To study the clinical effect of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast tissue micro-calcification.Methods:110 cases of breast micromelocalcification patients admitted in a hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were enrolled in this study and divided into the study group(n=54)and the control group(n=56)according to the pathological findings.Both group were diagnosed by ultrasound to compare the characteristics of micro-calcifications and micro-calcification rate.Results:The rate of micro-calcification in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of cluster-like distribution in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The proportion of scatter-shaped distribution was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group.The proportion of≤45 years old in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,>45 years old was significantly lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the rate of calcification,arcuate calcification,P>0.05.Conclusion:Ultrasonographic diagnosis of patients with breast tissue micro-calcification can further confirm the specific situation of calcification.The results are exact and worth learning from and popularizing.
