YJ35C装盘机下烟辅助装置的研制

摘要
为解决YJ35C装盘机在生产过程中发生的接烟困难的问题,对装盘机下烟通道进行了改进。通过研制一个由翼板、上部分烟模块、导烟辊组成的下烟辅助装置,加装在YJ35C装盘机下烟通道下方。通过实验确定下烟辅助装置的主要参数:翼板顶端角度80°,长度137mm;分烟模块的顶端分烟角度80°;导烟辊与下烟通道底部距离为30mm,数量为6根。结果表明:(1)改进后的下烟辅助装置结构简单,运行稳定,解决了装盘机下烟通道容积过大而导致的操作工接烟困难的问题,减少了装盘机在运行过程中产生的歪斜烟支。(2)YJ35C装盘机操作工接烟耗时由平均5min/次下降到1.7min/次。(3)改进后的下烟辅助装置提高了设备的有效作业率,节约了原辅材料的消耗,同时降低了操作工和维修工的劳动强度。
        In order to solve the catching cigarette difficult problem in production process of YJ35 Ctray loader,the cigarette falling auxiliary device was designed. The device comprised a wing plate,upper cigarette separation module,and cigarette guide roll. The device was installed under the cigarette falling aisle of the YJ35 C tray loader. The main parameters of the cigarette falling auxiliary device were determined experimentally:The wing top angle was 80°;The length was 137 mm;The top angle of upper cigarette separation module was 80°;The distance between the cigarette roller and the bottom of the lower cigarette falling aisle was 30 mm;Number was six.The results showed that:(1)The improved cigarette falling auxiliary device had the advantages of simple structure,stable operation,and solved the difficult problem of the operator's difficult problem of catching cigarettes caused by the excessive volume of the falling aisle,which reduced the skewed cigarette generated during the running process.(2)The time of operators catching cigarettes on YJ35 C tray loader reduced from the average consumption of 5 minutes/time down to 1.7 minutes/time.(3)The improved cigarette falling auxiliary device improved the effective operating rate of the equipment,saved the consumption of raw and auxiliary materials,and reduced the labor intensity of theoperator and maintenance workers.
