摘要
采用计算流体力学软件(CFD)对喷浆材料在管道运输过程的流动特性进行模拟分析,研究了料浆管输过程的流速、压力等参数的变化情况。研究结果表明料浆在竖直管段处,流速先增大后减小,流至弯管处,内侧流速较小,外侧流速较大;至水平管段,流速逐渐稳定。压力从入口到出口逐渐减小,弯管处外侧压力较大,内侧压力较小,这与流速分布相一致。模拟分析结果对于优化管道尺寸,运输参数提供理论依据。
        The flow characteristics of grouting material in pipeline transportation process was simulated by computational fluid dynamics software(CFD),and the change of flow rate and pressure parameters during slurry transportation process was studied. The results show that the velocity of slurry increases at first and then decreases,and then flows to the elbow. The flow velocity inside the slurry is smaller and the flow velocity at the outer side is larger. The pressure from the entrance to the outlet gradually decreases,the pressure outside the elbow is large and the inner pressure is small,which is in accordance with the flow velocity distribution. The simulation analysis results provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the pipeline size and transportation parameters.
